Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and appearance of landscapes, lawns, and Commercial sites. This position requires a strong understanding of weed control, fertilizer, pesticide machinery operation, and effective application techniques. If you have a passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. We are a growing company with opportunities for advancement with a family-owned atmosphere. Duties

  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to crops, lawns, and landscapes according to established guidelines.
  • Operate various types of application machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor plant health and identify pest issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal application techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns regarding services rendered.

Experience

  • Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and using hand tools effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on sales ability to promote services to clients.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for driving company vehicles.
  • A Dot Medical Card
  • A PA Pesticide Applicators license is a plus
